Emma Stone Makes Vanity Fair Cover Again

Following her appearance on the August 2011 cover, Emma Stone is back on the front of Vanity Fair.

Lying with Ben Affleck and Bradley Cooper at her side (both men wearing animal costumes) the shoot is playful, and is a part of the special Hollywood edition. Shot through Bruce Weber’s lens, more than 75 stars are captured; with the theme of friendships between Tinseltown’s most well known inhabitants obvious.

It’s Vanity Fair’s 19th “Hollywood portfolio”. The cover certainly commemorates successes in the last year; Emma’s rise in status, Bradley’s success in Silver Linings Playbook, and Ben’s directing triumph with Argo. Big names like Tom Hanks, Selena Gomez and Jonah Hill line the pages, while Lés Miserables‘ Eddie Redmayne and Bella Heathcote keep up the animal theme with their pictures inside. The idea of animals came from Editor Graydon Carter’s vision of doing something different with this year’s Hollywood edition, and allowed “Bruce Weber’s Adventures in Hollywood” to be created. He hoped it would capture the famed city’s warmer side.

Photo shoots were on all types of locations, and are very cosy and inviting to readers. Music was played to set a tone with the models; the fun really comes through.

It’s a beautiful edition of the renowned publishing; make sure you have a look for yourselves!
